26 этаж - самый верхний с прямым, панорамным видом на море. Высота панорамных окон 5 метров. Здание расположено непосредственно у моря в 20 метрах от пляжа. У дома расположен самый большой молл, а также множество ресторанов, кафе, аквапарк и детские аттракционы.  Двухэтажные апартаменты площадью 100 кв.м. с двумя спальнями, двумя ванными комнатами и гардеробной комнатой. Пол с подогревом - по весей площади и кондиционеры в каждой комнате отдельно.  . Ремонт апартаментов окончен в Июне 2024 года.
