The center of Fosnavåg can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The apartment is a good starting point for exploring the area, including Runde, which is about 25 minutes away and is known for its puffins and great nature experiences. You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. One room is private and is kept locked 🔐

You may be lucky to see a flock of sperm whales in the fjord, or see eagles and deer. Rovdefjorden is a busy fjord for both large and small boats, as well as cruise ships on their way to/from Geiranger. The cabin is located 20 m from the lake, where there are good fishing opportunities (rod). Steep rocks and shallow depths. We have life jackets available.

Cottage by the lake

Large and modern cabin, right by the lake in idyllic Tjørvåg. The cabin has large outdoor terraces that are excellent for barbecue and play. Large jacuzzi with salt water. Good fishing and swimming opportunities in the lake, as well as pleasant mountains if you want some exercise. It is a short distance to Fosnavåg or Ulsteinvik which has many restaurants and shops. Sunnmørsbadet (water park) is located about 13-14 min drive from the cabin. Rowboat and fishing equipment available.
