Had a wonderful stay here! The owner was fast and responsive, making check-in and any questions super easy. The room was clean, well-organized, and felt just like home—with everything from complete utensils to free water and instant coffee. It’s conveniently located near Tabaco City with lots of food spots, laundromats, and even banks nearby. Even though there were a few minor brownouts and water interruptions due to local maintenance, I still enjoyed my stay—the owner even personally came by to turn on the backup water, which I really appreciated. Bonus points for the comfy bed, free parking for my rental car, and fun card games to unwind at night!

Best place to stay in Tabaco city for my opinion. Very helpful & friendly staff. Especially dally from the reception was always a great help for us. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything close around & hassle free to reach. Even the own offered laundry & tasty breakfast service was speedy & thorough. Nice tasty coffee at the café on the 3 floor with a very nice view on the Mayon. We will certainly book this place for sure again on our next stay there.
