The bus stop is across the street and from here you can commute to any part of Grenada easily. Bathway Beach, Sulpher Spring, and Belmont Estate Restaurant are all about 2 miles away. The apartment is fenced, gated and protected by four outside cameras. The neighborhood is peaceful and boasts a Church, a Primary School and a High School. Come and enjoy this snug little nest.

We are renting a downstairs, an apartment fully furnished with air-conditioned room. The apartment is about 5 minutes’ walk away from the town of Grenville. Free Internet and parking is also included. The property is located in sight of surrounding residential buildings newly built/under construction. Access road may be a bit undulating in-part (100ft approximately) You are expected to hear music from a night club about 500m away on Saturday nights in some cases all night.

A beautiful 2 bedroom cottage with incredible view of the Caribbean which is only a two minute walk away. The ''Tree House'' is located above the estate house. It comprises of two bedrooms with queen size beds, a bathroom and very large balcony which incorporates an open air kitchen and is used as the general living space. The views are fantastic with with cocoa plantation and jungle on two sides and a totally panoramic view of the Caribbean on the other two.
