This unique architect-designed house is located in a peaceful cottage area by the scenic Skuldelev Ås. The large natural area on the protected ridge is forested, and from the top, where there is a magnificent view of Roskilde Fjord, a staircase leads down to an area with a bathing jetty. With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is located in beautiful, quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum River. From the house, there is a view of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where there may sometimes be someone. The house is beautiful with a lovely kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from a beautiful sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, SUP, campfire, bicycles and fishing rods. New WILDERNESS BATH and ICE BATH are available for a fee.

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.

The cottage is located approx 1.6 km from the beach stairs on Kaprifolievej, and 2.8 km from the lively »Hovedgade« in Tisvildeleje. Enjoy the sun on the 55 sqm large, newly built wooden terrace. The house has every things you need for your vacation.

In Korshage's beautiful and wild nature, you will find our summer house. It's almost 100 years old, a bit small, maybe a bit basic, but very cozy. It's in the woods, close to the water. We love the place, the trees, the birds' singing, a walk by the sea and so much more. And we hope you will too. Rørvig harbor, city and restaurants are only 3 km or a good walk or bike ride away.
