The house is quietly located in the blue-green outskirts of Mechelen and only 6 km from the center. Breakfast is optional.

I just had a pleasant stay with Chris for two nights. Everything was tip top in order. Correct communication, all privacy, everything clean and cared for. Chris is a pleasant person in contact and a good host. If I have to be in the area again, I will definitely come back !

I had a wonderful stay in Griet’s loft. She’s a warm, generous, and exceptionally thoughtful host—very communicative and accommodating. The location is perfect: quiet, safe, and just a short walk to town. I was traveling solo for work and felt completely at ease. There’s a charming bakery a block away, and waking up to birdsong and the smell of fresh bread was magical. The loft had everything I needed to cook, and Griet thoughtfully stocked some essentials like milk and eggs before I arrived. There’s also a EuroShop nearby for anything you might forget. Highly recommend!

Renata is super friendly and proactively helps think of solutions (my bike). The apartment is super tidy and she emphasized several times that I could do as at home. This is highly recommended if you are looking for a room in the center of Mechelen.

Perfect location, super nice room, safe area, pub around the corner. By bike via the expressway in 40 minutes to Antwerp. Jarl is super friendly, happy to help. Alone ... the bathroom was sometimes in great demand... but beautifully decorated! 😀
