Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where a key safe is situated. The centre of bustling Byron is a 10 min drive. The Suite has a king-sized dbl bed, ensuite, private entry, private verandah and courtyard with table and chairs, and a desk in a nook. There's a kitchen cupboard with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, kettle and crockery suitable for breakfasts and managing takeaway.

Welcome to our Air conditioned downstairs studio in downtown Lennox. A short 5 minute stroll (no hills) to beach, shops and cafes. I should mention that you need to climb up 10 wooden steps to enter the studio. The studio has a Queen size bed, air conditioner,kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, microwave, bathroom, toilet, TV, WiFi, Netflix, laundry , bbq. Plus all the extras you need to enjoy a relaxing stay, including earlier check ins and late check outs. Please message for any enquiries.

Seperate access for guests, undercover outdoor area with adjoining grassed area, full kitchen with all fittings utensils and coffee pod machine. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.
