Quiet apartment situated second line from the sea,which is 30 seconds walk from the apartment..there are 3 rooms,one is a chillout room ,the main bedroom has a double bed and the second room has 2 single beds if you prefer to use 2 rooms. however only 2 people maximum are allowed in the apartment. all bedding and towels are provided as are shower gels,shampoo ,toilet rolls ,washing machine liquid etc.. the bus stop and supermarket are 2 minutes walk away.wifi throughout,parking available infront

El Alpende de Seño Sixto is a nice apartment located in the village of Los Valles, municipality of Teguise (most beautiful village in Spain) Located in a rural setting and in a very quiet area. Fifteen minutes from the island's capital, between 7km and 12km from the resorts, such as Monumento del Campesino, Lagomar and Jardín de Cactus. The "Nemo" accommodation is a studio in an old Canarian building, in the village of Las Breñas, 10 minutes from the beaches of "Papagayo" and Playa Blanca. It has a private bathroom, kitchenette (not for cooking) 1.40 m double bed in mezzanine, private toilet and small TV lounge. The equipment consists of Wi-Fi, microwave, espresso machine and small fridge in the patio. For stays of 2 nights, a €20 cleaning fee will be charged.
