A 5 min caminando de la Plaza de Toros, a 10 min caminando de la Plaza Bolivar y Teleférico, con línea de taxi al frente.. Comfortable family apartment

Apartment located near the center of the city, with all amenities nearby: pharmacy, restaurants, shopping malls, medical clinic, hardware store, among others. Also, close to cab line or public transportation. It has all the basic services. Gas, water and electricity without inconveniences. Yes, there is WI-FI. NO TV. The space has living room with furniture and dining room, kitchen and services, one bedroom with double bed, and two rooms with bunk beds, ideal for six people.

Magnificent, Extremely Comfortable, Well Located

The apartment has all the necessary utensils to make you feel at home, solar backup in case of power cuts, very fast WiFi, hot water, very well decorated, gated community, surveillance, 1 min from the Metropolitano Stadium and 5 Aguilas Blancas sports complex, the place par excellence for concerts, shows, sporting events, soccer games, etc. A 10-minute drive from the Venezuela de Antier, a few meters from restaurants, groceries, butchers, bakeries.

The experience of the house was very satisfactory, the climate was super pleasant, Mrs. Teresita's attention was excellent, very attentive and diligent, the security was another plus, I have small children and they could enjoy the spaces a lot, which was the best part of the stay, the rooms are very comfortable and are in good condition, however, there are several aspects that should be improved such as the issue of flies inside the house, another aspect to improve is the issue of the gas heater, little hot water came out. The house has an inverter, which is a great plus for the house, but please make a piece of furniture or lift that inverter, because it is in the hallway and is a great danger for people traveling with children. It would be good to update the TVs, they worked very slowly. We are grateful for the attention, the privacy, it really met parts of our expectations. It would be excellent to improve the points we mentioned above for better enjoyment.

I've already done a lot of trips through Airbnb, and Mr. Francisco has been by far the best host I've rented with. The place is extremely peaceful and beautiful, it has spacious spaces and is just as described in photos. The cordiality and willingness to help from Mr. Francisco is worth highlighting and has some plans for improvements in the house that we were very excited to come back soon. I have no complaints or observation to make of the place, it was exactly what we were looking for that gave us the atmosphere that we went for on the trip to Mérida, I would not stay anywhere else when I come back. With nothing to add, I invite everyone to enjoy being able to experience the enriching experience of spending a vacation where Mr. Francisco and reconnect with the beautiful nature surrounding the home. While at first we thought it would be something away from the city, it definitely ended up being the added value, as privacy and feeling in the middle of the Páramo was 👌🏽👌🏽

An unforgettable vacation, the cabin as expected by my relatives and me, a place in truth for relaxing and enjoying. Mr. Jacinto's excellent attention, we really didn't want to return. I hope I can go again.
