Vacation rentals with lake access in Timiskaming District

it was a great stay at Brian's house. very comfortable, great walking paths right out the door. I would definitely stay here again.

I think this was our 5th or 6th stay at the cottages. Always beautiful- and the cabins come fully stocked with everything you need from linens, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. I’ve stayed at many places in the area to visit family and the cottages are starting to feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend particularly if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Michael’s place was the perfect getaway cottage right on the water. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Whether you're looking to relax by the water or explore the surrounding nature, this place is perfect. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

Stephanie and Rodney were amazing hosts with a beautiful home. I stayed with my partner and my brother's family for 3 nights over may long weekend. We were in town to celebrate a family member's milestone birthday. Stephanie and Rodney took the time to leave us a card, baked goods from the local tea room ( they were out of this world) and a few adult beverages to help us celebrate. Very thoughtful. They gave us a tour of their home upon arriva,l even though we arrived late and made sure we knew our way around. They provided all essentials we needed for our stay and more. Everything was easy to find and they were very responsive during our stay. The pictures on the listing don't do the location justice, it is rare to have such a beautiful sand bottom lake in your backyard. I grew up in the area and it would be tough to find a better spot for your cottage vacation!

It’s a beautiful location! We were a large group that all fit very comfortably, it’s spacious and cozy! We had a wonderful stay and Ken was very responsive, helpful and kind! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it!

Snowmobilers must have Larder Lake on their bucket list The people from this small town will bring back the old Muskoka feeling They will stop and help as they see you trying to get your snowmobile unstuck Thanks to this one young man by the name Justin did A big thank you to Jennie Our stay was fantastic

Great place to stay if you are alone or just a couple looking for a getaway. Stayed here while working in Kirkland Lake.

I was there on a business trip. Ashley's place is awesome. Great view of the lake and very clean. Bed was comfortable and Ashley is a super great host. Always great to find hidden gems like this. I highly recommend for anyone traveling in the area.

Mikaela's Aframe has lots of character. I felt very well taken care of and the cabin had everything I needed. Mikaela is very responsive and friendly. She's posted tips around the cabin that help manage its rustic personality, like juggling the electric devices (which wasn't a problem at all). It was cold and rainy when I was there in September, but the view of the lake was beautiful nonetheless. You might need those blankets to get cozy!

Spent 3 days at Maiden Bay Camp. It was exactly what I needed, time relaxing with friends. Beautiful cabin by a lake. It was quiet and super friendly people operating the camp.

Marcus and Nancy have an amazing cottage in an incredible location situated on Bay Lake where the Montreal River flows through. If you are a Hunter/Fisherman, or just like the cottage escape, this is a prime property. Lots of fish in the lake and lots of hunting opportunities in the surrounding crown land. Neighbors are all extremely friendly. I Spoke to Marcus briefly and they are people that will go out of their way to make your stay at their cottage as good as it can possibly be. Very much enjoyed my stay at their cottage and was sad to leave! Thank you!

We had such a fantastic family weekend! Andrew recommended Adam at Loon Lodge as a fish guide- he was fantastic and we all caught fish, including 31” walleye. Climbing up fire tower and the surrounding hiking trails was a highlight. Good crown land grouse and duck hunting in the area. Quick walk to highway restaurant and could always hear the traffic when outside but one of the only non-island rentals on Lake Temagami. We look forward to returning.

back for the 2nd time! we loved the seclusion, privacy and quiet surroundings. we went to to observation point this time round. WOW is all I can say. don't miss the opportunity to see the views! we'll be back again! Hidden gem!

Great lakeside views with kayak and fishing option. Terry was also very accommodating and friendly. The cottage also felt warm and cozy with some unique decorations. Would recommend to others
