Condo vacation rentals in Timiș

Mulțumesc pentru ajutor. Pentru tot ce am avut nevoie Anca a stat la dispoziția noastră și ne-a oferit informațiile cu promptitudine. Locuința a fost foarte confortabilă și curată.

We had a great stay at Dana's apartment. We've been here before and once again we had a pleasant experience. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, it was nice and cool in the heat of the summer. The host is very friendly and helpful. Area is quiet with plenty public transport connections. The apartment looks just like in the pictures. There is safe free parking as well. We have nothing negative to say about this accommodation and we recommend it to anyone.

Good value apartment in a nice area close to the lovely river walk and just a 15 min walk from the city or a quick Uber. There is a large supermarket just across the road. Apartment is well set up for long stays with everything you need and a comfortable desk for working.

The flat is perfectly situated - city center is ~10 minutes walk, across the street there is a huge Mall (so whether you wanna go shopping or grab something from the supermarket - you are covered), Amazonia Water Park is also ~10 minutes by car. Have nothing but praises for Andra - very friendly & helpful. I'll be happy to be back to the City of Roses, and to Andras' place =)

The apartment is very well situated and easy to find. Everything is nearby, it was possible to enjoy the city without any transport problems!

It was an amazing stay! The place is lovely, the surroundings are very quiet and the parking spot was very handy. Razvan communicated really well with us and was very kind.

Apartamentul este micut dar primitor, intr-o zona foarte buna.

Am petrecut un sejur placut intr- o zona centrala sproape de centru si Lidl. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce e necesar. Modern si foarte curat cu un design de calitate. Communicarea a functionat foarte bine fara sa fie nelamuriri de Check in si out. Parcare mereu disponibila. Multumim, o sa revenim!

I can say everything was perfect!

Am avut parte de zile cu soare la Timișoara într-un cartier foarte liniștit apartamentul impecabil nimic de reproșat vă mulțumesc, cu siguranță voi mai reveni!

Am avut parte de o experiență minunată în acest apartament! Locația este perfectă, foarte aproape de centrul orașului și de principalele atracții turistice. Apartamentul este extrem de curat, bine amenajat și dotat cu toate facilitățile necesare pentru un sejur confortabil. Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasă, receptivă și atentă la detalii. Ne-a oferit recomandări utile despre oraș și s-a asigurat că totul este pe placul nostru. Recomand cu încredere acest apartament oricui vizitează Timișoara și cu siguranță voi reveni cu drag!

Sederea a fost excelentă!

Loc foarte liniștit, curat, ordonat. Gazda foarte primitoare. Loc de parcare disponibil. Cafeaua foarte bună.

Un spatiu mic, dar perfect amenajat. Zona este destul de periferica, insa este foarte aproape de tramvai si statiile de autobuz. Multe magazine alimentare in zona, un supermarket la 5 min de mers pe jos. Ca si minus, vara este destul de cald pt ca nu exista aer conditionat, insa am apreciat ca am gasit acolo un ventilator si un dezumidificator. Un alt minus ar fi partea de exterior a blocului care initial m-a speriat putin, fiind un bloc destul de vechi ce nu a mai fost renovat, insa legat de apartament totul a fost 10/10. Patul, desi este o canapea, este foarte confortabil pentru ca are asezat peste un topper gros. Un spatiu curat, cu multa liniste, unde se vede ca proprietarul a fost atent la detalii sa nu lipseasca nimic. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost 10/10.

Calitate preț foarte bună, poziționare excelentă , zonă liniștită. Recomand.

Sorry for this rather long review, but we instantly fell in love with Alin’s place. The apartment is beautifully renovated, stylish, and surprisingly spacious, with high ceilings in a charming old house just a few minutes from the northern train station – a very convenient location. Everything we needed was there: a washer-dryer, towels and toiletries in the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances – including a dishwasher and an espresso maker – plus thoughtful extras like basic cooking staples (spices, vinegar, tea, coffee). The WiFi was reliable, the thermostat worked automatically, and we liked having access to the spacious garden via the stairwell. There were also many other small touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. Alin was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the check-in process went smoothly. We truly can’t say enough good things about this place – highly recommended!

Мы были уставшип с дороги, но легко нашли жилье и смогли отдохнуть! Все было доступно и понятно. В жилье есть всё необходимое. Спасибо !!!

Apartamentul este foarte curat, frumos amenajat, cu bun gust. Gazda este foarte prietenoasă, de treabă și comunicativă. Ne-am întoarce de fiecare dată.
