This country house, 30 minutes from Auch and Marciac, is everything you'd expect from an 18th century farmhouse renovated in a contemporary style. Modern volumes cleverly articulated in an old building renovated to measure, improbable circulation tricks, games of lines and perspectives, and of course a certain sense of taste... For 10/12 people, it offers a swimming pool overlooking the Gascon valleys, a private padel court, pétanque, a kitchen with indoor grills and several shaded dining areas.

One bed house, on Marciac lake, quiet location, stunning views. Free and private parking, 2min walk. Outdoor terrace. Private, shared, heated swimming pool (June - September). Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

The gîte La Saubolle in Marciac (sleeps 7) adjoins the owners' house and is ideal for families and friends. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs with 3 shower rooms. The spacious living room on the ground floor and its terrace are perfect for sharing. Set on a hillside overlooking Marciac, the countryside, the panoramic view, the wooded and fenced grounds, the farmyard animals, the warm welcome and Claude's discovery tours on the theme of the course landaise will charm you.

Forget your worries in this serene space. Nestled in a farming region. Great views onto the Pyrenees and the surrounding rolling hills you'll have a very peaceful and quiet stay. There is a little private Terrace at the back, views onto our forest and the countryside. It's completely private. The unit is freshly renovated and really only suitable for people looking for a quiet stay. Some lovely little towns with amazing bakeries and restaurants are not far away.

Charming 30 m2 apartment with nice view!

Beautiful and peaceful apartment, amenities within a 5-minute walk. The apartment has a 180x200 bed on the upper floor and a 80x200 sofa/bed on the ground floor. Outdoor furniture is available outside. The residence has a swimming pool (July-August) and shaded parking. Although cleaning fees are applied, the apartment must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Bed sheets are not provided, but we can make them available upon request.

The Gîte des Bourrouillets is a single-storey apartment, sober and functional, that can accommodate up to 3 people. It is accessible to people with disabilities. Located in the slopes of Saint-Michel, with a view of the Baïse valley, the cottage offers a quiet and secluded setting from the main roads. Close to Mirande and Trie s/Baïse, it is 25 min drive to Marciac and 35 min to Auch. The village has a post office and a small bread/grocery store.

The small 75 m2 cottage, La Belle Ordinaire, has two bedrooms with double beds (can be separated), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with shower.
