Very comfortable space. I went for 1 month in the home office system, working for the week and resting on the weekend. It was perfect the space, the receptivity of Alex and his grandmother who lives next door. They've always helped with local tips, about what to do, where to buy things, and with local contacts.

The accommodation complies with what is proposed, organized and has everything necessary for couples looking to know Pipa but staying in a quieter part. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the location, I consider it a little distant from the center for those who will be on foot, although the surroundings seem peaceful to walk at any time. In addition, Erik has very clear and helpful instructions for everything we need to know to check in, checkout, and accommodation rules. I highly recommend it!

Very cozy and complete space. Well equipped kitchen, you can buy things to eat on site. The bed is so good. The shower with hot water is pretty good too. In addition, there was still a fan in the bedroom, yet we use repellent to avoid mosquitoes not letting us sleep hehe But in general the space is very Good! It has a swimming pool and an outdoor shower and it is possible to relax after spending the day at Pipa beach. I definitely recommend staying with Erik!
