Monthly Rentals in Tías

Wow !.... It's the first word that all of us uttered when we stepped into the property. Amazing location, amazing view, amazing feel. I can write on n on, but definitely I would recommend this place if you're going to Lanzarote ever. Words will fall short of describing the feel, vibes and energy that we got from this property. Host is highly organised, they should be a template for all AirBnB properties !. Clear instructions, friendly and so responsive. 5 Stars are not enough :-)

My husband and I have just spent a wonderful week at Sunset House. The apartment is very spacious, peaceful and clean. The big balcony is lovely. Gina is a great host, providing detailed information about the apartment and always quick to respond. The location of the apartment is good, easy walk into Tias where we enjoyed some great evening meals and easy to get to other parts of the island. Thank you Gina for sharing this lovely apartment.

I was so impressed with the place and the beautiful house that I wanted to extend for a couple months but unfortunately it was already booked otherwise I stay there for as much as I can

Our stay in this apartment was excellent. It is located in a very quiet area and perfect for disconnecting, away from the tourist hustle and bustle but with good access to everything you need. The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. One detail that we loved was finding a complimentary breakfast with fresh fruit upon our arrival, which shows the care and attention of the hosts. The jacuzzi was undoubtedly one of the great successes of the accommodation: ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. The outdoor area is also very nice and well maintained, although due to the wind we could not make the most of it, but it certainly has a lot of potential to enjoy on calmer days. In short, a highly recommended accommodation if you are looking for tranquility, comfort and small details that make a difference. We would definitely come back!
