In the town of Markranstädt, which is adjacent to Leipzig, the apartment is located for up to 4 people in about 200 m to the lake, not perfect, but lovingly furnished from colourfully scrambled secondhand and DIY articles. Dogs welcome, but are NOT allowed to stay ALONE in the apartment. ATTENTION: due to structural conditions and the dogs living in the house, please no children under 12 years old

Forget your worries – in our spacious and quiet accommodation "Sommerfrische" in a quiet village in the countryside. Our farm is located on the edge of the village; it was built as an agricultural Ausiedlerhof. There is therefore a lot of nature and tranquility around the property. We have no direct neighbors. There is no street noise; at most some tractors going to the fields or the forest. In the wind, the leaves of the trees and hedges roam the property.
