The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away.
