We had a great stay at Ajay’s property. It was clean and had a beautiful patio and sea view. Ajay is a great and amicable host. Due to red alert in kerala we were worried about the safety while travelling back home. Ajay proactively called some contacts to ensure that the route was clear. In short, I highly recommend this stay.

From the warm welcome to the delicious Kerala meals on board, everything was thoughtfully arranged and flawlessly executed. His hospitality made us feel completely at home. The houseboat itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Watching the sunset from the deck was truly unforgettable. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we left with hearts full of gratitude and wonderful memories. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene, local experience with a great host.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The accommodation was comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better—right on the beach in a quiet and peaceful area. The staff were incredibly helpful, always available to assist with anything, and the owner regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. One of the great perks is that you can book trips directly through them, making it super convenient to explore the area. There are a few restaurants within a 20-minute walk, but you can also order food in. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

loved Neela waters stay. Good things: beautiful location right on beach, spotless room and bathroom, friendly host and homely vibe, at last very tasty food. Improvements : would have been great if there was shampoo and body wash as well but still worth every penny. don't know if it's the off season or what but not many restaurants open around. Overall, nothing less than a 5 star!! would love to come back.
