The property was great, we liked the Villa a lot. Since Uber/Ola aren’t available but the host made us connect with a local cab driver whose pricing was almost what an Ola/ Uber would charge. Property was well maintained, since we were there for the first time and from work perspective so couldn’t spend as much time as we would have wanted at the property, however, coming back in the night and sitting outside in Kochi’s great weather was a blissful experience. Nearby walkable restaurants are less as it’s in a private / peaceful place, but one can Zomato/ Swiggy it. A great Villa with a great price point.

Rooms was really clean and views were spectacular. All amenities like soap etc were available. Clean bathrooms Well maintained property premises. The Host was very helpful He was available for any clarifications right from before check in to checkout. Overall a good experience. No complaints

This is an absolute gem of a place, if you're looking for a quiet, scenic retreat. It was the perfect escape for us - serene, welcoming, and incredibly well looked after. From the moment we arrived, Param and Jaya made us feel at home with their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond, providing thoughtful complimentary essentials, and sharing fantastic local sightseeing tips, and must-try delicacies. The place stays true to the listing and pictures, with an immaculate kitchen stocked with everything that you need. Joy and Nebel, the caretakers, were always just a phone call away and consistently helpful and kind throughout our stay. The entire experience felt personal and heartfelt, and it’s clear the hosts take great pride in creating a memorable stay for their guests. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and connected—and already talking about our next visit. Highly recommended!

We had an awesome one week stay at the Alphonsama homestay. Spacious rooms, Closer to nature and friendly environment made our stay wonderful and felt like home.. The house is well furnished with all the household amenities like AC, fridge, all cutleries, washing machine etc.. The host was very friendly and helpful. When we mentioned about the requirement of a proper Wifi as we are working professionals, the host arranged for a better wifi plan which helped us to work smoothly. the caretaker welcomed us and explained us about all the required details and was helpful to arrange for electrician when there was a need. Indira chechi also was very helpful and made us feel at home. Would surely recommend to all those who are looking for a peaceful stay.
