Steven was an incredible host. He went out of his way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. He was polite, responsive, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10 WILL stay again.

Beautiful place and spotlessly clean. Very spacious — it’s actually bigger than it appears in the photos. Convenient 2-minute drive to ski area. Bretton Woods Vacations was great to work with; when we had one glitch with signing the contract due to a last-minute change (added a night), they were able to reconcile quickly. I suspect the issue was more an Airbnb technical glitch than anything BWV did. Overall a great stay — would definitely book thru BWV again and would certainly stay in this unit.

This condo was the perfect size and had all of the comforts of home. Great views and amazing location. Tom was very responsive and helpful. He has a great list of restaurants and local activities. 10/10 recommend. Would stay again.

This is second year we've stayed at Tina & Robby's place and we love it! Cozy cabin vibes & close to Waterville Valley for skiing. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with the essentials and the wood fire place is always a hit! Thanks for a great stay!

We spent a beautiful weekend enjoying the fall vibes and exploring all of the beautiful nature destinations in the Franconia area and Kancamagus highway. Honestly, the space was a lot bigger than expected and the residences were secluded enough for privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything we needed was right around the corner, so location was perfect. My children enjoyed the space, however, they couldn’t wait to just be out and active. I would definitely love to come back any time of the year. Only downside experienced was hearing running up/down steps that sounded from the next door townhouse which stopped before midnight and that we couldn’t really watch any tv/videos since the tv systems were outdated. A minor detail, but everything else compensated for it all and we loved our stay and amenities.

The original reservation at another unit canceled on us, unfortunately that seems to happen all too often. Fortunately Jo’s place was open and it was exactly what I was looking for. Booking it was headache free….something I really needed at the time. The interior is tastefully decorated! All the rooms are clean. Appears to have a brand new smart tv. I went to some of the other cabins that my family had rented. I’m not sure how but Jo’s place seems to be more open and has additional room. I don’t get it! lol! Anyway, if at all possible I’ll be looking to book Jo’s place in the future. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Lori’s condo with our two young children and another couple with their kids. The space was perfectly set up for our group, with plenty of room to spare. The condo’s location was ideal—right on the ski shuttle and within walking distance to the town square. It was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect base camp for a winter weekend filled with great memories. We’re so glad we found this booking and would definitely stay again!

We visited this home during the Oct Fall foliage season. The house instructions were clear, the house was comfortable and we had a smooth experience.

We love this area and Jessica’s place was the perfect spot for our family! The view was incredible, the unit is well-appointed and well-kept, and we all enjoyed making use of the pool facilities. (I didn’t pay enough attention to the amenities list and was a bit thrown by no shampoo in the showers but a quick stop at the store solved it.) We would not hesitate to stay here again - would love to visit in all the seasons!

Tulio and Kaleighs place was so perfect! plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids! We were visiting Tenney mountain because my 10 year old son was racing snowmobiles! the condo is close to the track so it was so convenient! we will definitely be back next winter! The condo was so well stocked with everything you would need!

My wife, our two kids (3 y/o and 10 mon), and I, along with my brother, sister-in-law, and their 3 y/o loved staying at Jessica and Mark's condo. The check-in process was really easy and the unit felt like it had just been cleaned. The unit size is perfect for one large family or two smaller families like ours. The condo certainly could have accommodated another child or two if it was needed. We found the location relative to the mountain really convenient. Being past (east) of the Loon Mountain entrance allowed us to largely avoid the Kanc traffic that builds up in the morning and afternoon. We didn't have many questions for Jessica and Mark during our stay, but they responded really quickly to the few that did come up. We'd highly recommend Jessica and Mark's place!

We had a lovely and cozy stay at this charming spot in Bartlett, NH. The place is beautifully done up with thoughtful decor and a warm, inviting feel — perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. We'd definitely consider staying here again for the location, ambiance, and the host’s hospitality!

We stayed here for our daughters wedding at Black Mtn . It was perfect! We were far enough away to relax but could oversee the lodge for set up and we were two minutes away when we needed to get down the hill. Thank you so much for providing your wonderful home! We so appreciated it!

Perfect location! We had a couples weekend away to ski and it was perfect! 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Plenty of stuff to do near by - breweries, shops, skiing. Would definitely come back!

One of the best places to stay at in NH! The view was beautiful. The rooms were spacious. A lot to do around there. I will definitely be coming back!

Our family had a wonderful April stay! The view was lovely and we took full advantage of the hot tub after some great hiking not too far away. The proximity to North Conway was great for grabbing some food before retreating to the condo to rest up. My 9 year old loved the bunk beds and 12 year old enjoyed having her own private space on the bottom floor. We loved it would definitely recommend.
