There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Availability: March 27–28 NEW sauna! Away from the regular holiday parks. No crowds, no traffic, no noise. Nature (Nat. Park Hoge Kempen), fish ponds, endless hiking and cycling trails and nice restaurants nearby. The Double Punk House is a unique A-frame cabin completely renovated with natural materials and lots of luxury, including a private garden with hot tub. For an adventurous weekend getaway or a day and night in the middle of nature in Sonnevijver Rekem-Belgium park, near Maastricht.

A holiday home completely renovated in 2023 in Burgundian Limburg (BE). It is located in the holiday park de Sonnevijver in Rekem, on the edge of the national park de Hoge Kempen. There are also nice cities a short distance away. For example, the center of Maastricht is a 10-minute drive and Maasmechelen village shopping center is a 15-minute drive. The cottage is fully available for the guests. For example, there is a fire bowl, tandem bicycle, LP player, TV, radio and guitar.

't Achterommetje is very spacious and quietly located. Home is practical yet homey. Outside there are two terraces, one in the sun and one in the shade. There is a lot private due to a natural construction of the garden. The ground floor has floor heating, cooking facilities, laundry room and toilet. There is also a large fitted wardrobe for suitcases, jackets, shoes and bags. On the first floor is a bedroom with double sink, shower room, and separate toilet.

There are numerous opportunities for hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. For cycling enthusiasts, there is the junction route that is located right next to the house. Designer Outlet Roermond is 20 km away. A visit to Thorn is also absolutely worth it and of course not to forget Maastricht, 40 km away.

And of course a paradise for water sports enthusiasts with a boat rental in the park.
