Self check-in by secure keybox, childcare equipment and concierge services available upon request.

Quiet and elegant village house, completely renovated for 4 people, fully equipped. Close to basic shops (bakery, restaurant, fast food, tobacco, bank, hypermarket, gas station, etc.) street parking in front of the accommodation or free parking 50 m away for bulky vehicles 20 min from Le Mans and the circuit Motorway exit 2 min away Station 2 min. 5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
