The room was the perfect size for one person, overlooking the front of the house. Everything was as described and the property was clean and inviting. The neighborhood is diverse and lively, with Target, McDonald’s, and The T (Red Line) within very short walking distance. The highlight of the neighborhood is the amount of authentic Vietnamese restaurants and businesses. The host was kind and accommodating and provided guests with privacy.

I really enjoyed the stay. I stayed here to catch the transportation from the south station the next day. The room was clean and well maintained, although a bit old, although it was a bit difficult to move the suitcases as the room was located on the second floor. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe while walking 10 minutes from the metro station. The hosts are very friendly, responsive and do their best to help.

I don’t have enough words to describe my experience with this house. I had come to this place in middle of night as my original booking had some issues. They immediately make arrangements for me. They were very accommodating, cooperative and took care of all I need. Place is much more beautiful than pictures. I will definitely once again if visit Boston.

Didn’t get a chance to cross paths with William but he’s a great host! Very responsive and proactive. He was super nice and helpful from the get go. Had an issue with the shower drain and he attended to it immediately after I messaged him. His place was clean, and just as described and pictured. Made you feel right at home! I did appreciate his personal touch in the room : he left a little handy book with recommendations on what to eat, where to shop and how to get around the city. I thought that was very thoughtful of him! Would recommend 9.5/10. Be mindful if you don’t like cats as he has a big cat for a pet.
