Kim was wonderful to my sister and I! We booked last minute due to our original plans changing last minute, and Kim was fantastic in working with us. We ended up getting in very late at night, and Kim left lights on for us, had our room prepared to jump right into bed, and even had the windows open and fan on to keep the room cool for us. It was easy to get inside and easy to find our room. Kim was also courteous and was very quiet in the morning so she didnt disturb us. In the morning, we heard birds chirping and the church's beautiful piano music. It was such a peaceful experience! Thank you so much! Would highly recommend!

Comfortable and quiet we enjoyed our stay. Bruce's place is located in a quiet area right across from the North Fork of the Blackwater River (I could hear the soothing sound of water outside). It was nice to have easy spacious parking. I really enjoyed Thomas and the Tip Top coffee shop truly is the best. It's hard to find a fantastic coffee shop anywhere especially in more rural areas. Attending 2 nights of concerts at the Purple Fiddle, Bruce's place is conveniently located to everything in town. It's a just short walk if you are so inclined. I have to mention that the shower head was notably fabulous...greatly appreciated after a long active day. We didn't stay long enough to utilize the completely outfitted kitchen but worth a mention. I enjoyed the creative decor for a home close to so many natural area activities. I especially thought the kayak overhead in the entry with the lights shining down from it a brilliant retrofit. Lastly, everyone loves quirky Sasquatch stickers!

We stayed for two nights over Memorial Day weekend. It’s a great location to explore Blackwater Falls State Park and the Dolly Sods. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The sunsets from the couch were amazing. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of supplies on hand to make for a nice stay. If you are looking at going to breweries, I recommend Stumptown Ales. It had the best beer over all the others we tried.

The location of this apartment is very attractive. It's walkable to the main strip in Davis and the apartment is along the river. There is adequate outside seating which allows you to enjoy the view. The apartment is comfortable overall. The bed is cozy. This is a good place to stay if you don't plan on being in the apartment but rather outdoors, which most of us coming to Davis choose to do. I would highly recommend as it has everything you need and is overall quite nice. They allow pups which is great and the wifi works well (I was able to work remotely no problem). There are a few other apartments in the building, but everyone is respectful and there is no noise. There is also a nice river walk you can do with the pups. Very peaceful.
