This house is absolutely beautiful!! I love the modern clean feel. The beds are so comfortable and really enjoyed the soaking tub as well. Everything was very clean and organized. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful spot to stay at on our trip to Colorado. It was nice and peaceful, we were big fans! The yearlings and the cats were super friendly! We’d gladly come back!!

I was driving from the East Coast to the West Coast and was looking for a place in between to relax and get caught up on some work. Nichole's place was perfect! It had everything that I needed and was super cute and unique! I wish I could have stayed longer! Thanks for the warm welcome and communication, Nichole! I hope to be back someday!

This was a wonderful place to stay for the night. The kids loved hearing the horses and got quite a kick out of staying in a “barn.” The beds were comfy and the shower was hot! We really enjoyed the donut place in Oakley the following morning.

The barn was amazing and Kristy and her family were amazing with the horses. They allowed my kiddos to see the horses and shown them some cool farm experiences

Karla was so great. She was always available if we needed anything, and was very accommodating for us. She was gracious enough to let us stay here with our cat, even though she is allergic.

The beds were very comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean. Great recommendation for a restaurant. Provided little snacks which we thought was very kind. Would stay again when traveling to Denver. Love the little town!

Similar in price to a hotel but above and beyond. In case you are concerned about staying near the other home on the property don’t be. We had absolute privacy. Saw a person once and felt truly isolated surrounded by land, birds, and cows. We had amenities I hadn’t expected such as the deck on the loft level and my first experience with a bidet (LOL). Everything was interesting and the plants, oh the plants! What I would give for one of those jades. Truly a unique experience. We live in Kansas CIty suburbs and have lots of family in Colorado. This will be a perfect overnight for any of us. Thank you, Frank. Your place is great.
