Walking distance (approx.600m) the river Le Gartempe where there are enough places to take a fresh dive. The cyclist can also get his heart's content. For the mountain biker (possibly available), tour cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the landscape. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are available. For the horse riders there is a riding school a few kilometers away. For culture and relaxation nearby I recommend Ivo's guidebook.

Lovely first floor apartment. Fully equipped with large private courtyard and free onsite parking. Situated in a quiet street which is a stones throw from a lovely french village. There is a choice of bars & restaurants. A selection of shops including a small supermarket, 2 boulangeries, butchers, florist and pharmacy. A beautiful lake with a small beach only a short walk away. It offers numerous activities including picturesque walks, fishing and during summer, aqua sports & bar/restaurant.

Our holiday home is at the gates of the Brenne National Park, 330 km from Porte d 'Auteuil in Paris. Former 250 m2 hunting pavilion located in a park of 2 hectares of landscaped, the house is perfectly equipped. It was completely restored in 2014. Furnished in a fairly contemporary style, it offers, summer and winter, a soothing setting in the heart of the nature. The swimming pool (9x4) is made of concrete, heated to 25 degrees from May to September.

Located 1 hour from Futuroscope and 30 minutes from the parks of La Brenne, our house will bring you the relaxation and calm that you are looking for while combining comfort and space for holidays for families or friends. We renovated this old barn on 2 levels bringing a contemporary touch while keeping the charm of the old. The pool (6x12 m) is heated from June to September and has a fully equipped pool house (kitchen, toilet, shower)

Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove.
