Detached house for 4 to 6 people totally renovated . Comfortable and well equipped. Quiet area in small hamlet area. A large room of 45 m2 on the ground floor , 2 bedrooms upstairs. A pretty garden with children's games. In the heart of the green Périgord, you will be 5 km from Thiviers where you will find all shops. At the tourist level, the house is located 30 minutes from Brantôme and Périgueux and 50 minutes from Limoges. 1 hour from Montignac and the Lascaux caves, 1.5 hours from Sarlat.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges.
