Accurate location and the apartment is just as listed in the pictures. All maintained very well. Appreciate Mr. Suresh for his polite response. Few points to improve. 1. Kitchen countertop is damaged. 2. No AC remotes available at the property. Becomes difficult to control the temperature. 3. Bathrooms need some detailed cleaning. 4. Faucets need some maintenance.

It was a pleasure staying at Anjali's place. It is a pretty and cosy place, with all the amenities. The fact that it was extremely clean was a big bonus. Also a special mention to all the staff in the building who were always helpful.

Partha's place is clean and well planned. It is simple and tasteful. Not extra clutter. I had requested them to put hooks in the bedroom to hang clothes, and it was fulfilled immediately. Partha and Amith, both were always available on calls or messages. Always responsive. They helped me by suggesting good stores and services for my requirements. Terrace is a good place to sound the evenings and enjoy cool breeze. And, A BEAUTIFUL BEACH IS JUST A 10 MINS WALK!

Overall, a good stay. The house is clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and quickly arranged fans when needed. Early check-in was also possible, which was helpful. At night, some dogs are around, but not a big issue unless you arrive late night, as it might be slightly uncomfortable. There was a minor water issue one night, but otherwise, everything was fine. Appreciate the host’s prompt support.

The house is located at the prime of Chennai so this has made our travel a lot easier. The house has enough space to accommodate the guests of 4 easily and it has all the amenities required. Srikanth and his team were always there to resolve our queries. The care taker was always available and helped us a lot.
