The villa is exactly as advertised. The view from the villa is splendid and worth every penny you pay for the villa. We enjoyed the stay, and the helpful nature of Suresh the care taker. Raju or Mighty Raju as we called him, was a cute and great friend we had for 3 days. We miss him but wish him well and hope future guests treat him and feed him well. If you are still thinking who is Raju, he is a indie who hangs around the villa. Back to the Villa, the Villa is well equipped to support cooking and has enough serve and cook ware if you plan to cook. Swiggy & Zomato provides you with a few choices of food. The local stores and market are short drive/walk away from the Villa. Walk along the beach/cliff and you'll find handful of restaurants. Boating and Kayaking are close by. The tour agents will get in touch with you when you are hanging around offering sight seeing packages if you are interested.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The place is incredibly calm and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was very kind and attentive, making sure everything was just right.A special mention to the host’s father as well—such a warm and welcoming person, which made the stay feel even more homely. I truly appreciated the hospitality and serene atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind by the sea!

We had a great stay. Villa in a quiet area, but walkable to Varkala Beach and cafe and restaurants. Clean room and bathroom with lovely big balcony. Bed line was also clean and attractive block print linen. Lovely relaxing time. Suji was very helpful and also contactable with any queries we had.

Had a wonderful stay with family and friends. All details in tact with the description given in the website. Good clean spacious rooms. Never felt away from home and ample parking space. Ot would have been better if provided bath towels and washing machine also to be repaired as we had problems with it. Other than these everything perfect.

Loved the stay at Shivani’s place. Odyam beach is like 5-10mins , the area is very calm and pleasant. Airbnb is easily accessible to North cliff and multiple locations. Totally loved staying here felt like a home for us and the price was a steel deal. Would love coming back here again very soon.

Wonderful stay in the quiet and peaceful neighborhood around south cliff. Wonderful café and beach less than five minutes walk away. Nikhil was a very friendly and helpful host to arrange transport and give recommendations. Thanks!

Prashant is a welcoming host who ensured our family was well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, offering beautiful views of the lake and beach. Highly recommended for a private and relaxing getaway.

I felt at home immediately am so grateful to stay with Prema and Sanjiv. They welcomed me in to new year festivities and are so kind and peaceful. All fabulous facilities and friendship. I truly appreciate having water therapy sessions with Prema and space in the yoga shells to practise. Hoping to come again next year.

It was a super cozy stay. Close to the beaches and restaurants nearby. Check-in was quick. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends.

the experience was marvelous, every thing is their n easy to reach wether it's beach or cliff the rooms r well clean n everything is available, view from rooms r breadth taking service is superior level , staff is polite n humble everything is damn good, if u find a space here just go for it , it is worthy of every penny u pay ☺️

This was a true gem! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries or requests. One of our family had mobility issues and we were provided with a wonderful wheel chair that was perfect to move around the property. It was lovely having g two outdoor spaces that were covered to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was some furniture that is a bit dated and in need of replacement in one of the rooms, but the beds were excellent and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. There was a beach close by with hardly anyone on it, almost like having a private beach! Breakfast was provided, food was great! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Highly recommend this for individuals as well as for larger groups

The airbnb is one of the best places we have stayed in India!! The minute you enter you know you are in paradise!!! Coming to the property....it is squeaky clean and the view is to die for !! it's exactly like the pictures , extremely private with a plunge pool jacuzzi. We loved watching the sunset sitting on those cute chairs by the cliff ...the almost private beach is a short walk down...extremely clean and we barely saw people... the food is excellent and the Cafe is right next door.. though it feels very open , the security is excellent as no one enters without your permission. ... Right from the reservation, to local recommendations, transport ....the staff is proactive and helpful... One suggestion for anyone booking....don't book 1 night, book a longer stay because it is totally worth it!!

This place is so beautiful! The pool, the outside balcony spaces and the lush garden make for a really peaceful, perfect stay. We were there in one of the craziest weather weeks the area had seen (big rain and storms!) and despite that, the stay was amazing. Zani and Stanley (the caretaker) are incredible hosts; they did everything to ensure we were ok and comfortable. 5 minute walk to all the local restaurants and beach as well.

She was so kind and even let us inside her kitchen to prepare dinner when the power went off. Lovely couple and beautiful wood house.

Babu's property is located extremely close to the cliff, making communication quite easy. Everything was at a walkable distance. The room was also quite good with all necessary amenities. The host and caretakers were extremely helpful, helping us out with anything we needed. They also have bikes for rent, which helped us in exploring Varkala. The property itself had a wonderful charm to it, making the stay an unique experience. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone travelling to Varkala.

Cozy space for me and my family after our wedding week. The beach is super close which made it worth it. Eva was helpful and flexible. Would visit again.

Had a great stay at Maadathil Cottages. This property is tucked away in a beautiful part of Varkala away from the hustle and bustle but still with easy access to everything. The cottage was spacious and clean with hot water and a great AC. The view of the sea is simply amazing and it’s just steps away from a sort of private enclosed part of the beach. The food was good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The host is very friendly and responsive too. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend this place. Thank you Mujahir!

This place is at an amazing location- away from the hustle bustle of the touristy staff with the sea right in front. The caretaker- Ansaf is extremely helpful and takes care of everything you need! Definitely a must stay!
