Took this homestay during my recent visit to Tirupathi and I can say it is worth every penny spent. Great location, nice ambience, flexible support staff and Ashok Reddy being great host. Definite recommedation to the people who are looking for homestays in Tirupathi.

We spent a wonderful 3-day weekend at Wellnest Natural Farms, and it was everything we needed for a peaceful nature escape. We were a group of three couples, two with young kids, and the property was ideal for all ages. The Greek-inspired villa is beautifully nestled in lush farmland. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and we loved waking up to green views and birdsong each morning. The real standout for us was the pool — large, clean, and perfect for hours of fun and relaxation. The kids practically lived in it, and the adults weren’t far behind! We also really appreciated the thoughtful farm-to-table meals served by the staff. The food was fresh, delicious, and catered well to both kids and adults. Walking around the farm was another highlight. The peaceful surroundings made every moment feel unhurried and special. The service was warm and attentive throughout — the staff were always available but never intrusive. Highly recommend.

Had a nice and flexible stay at Karthik's stay. karthik is helpful and responsive to all queries. house is located closer to railway station and hence commute is easy. It's a residential area and so very safe place to stay.

I had a truly beautiful and peaceful stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained — perfect for a relaxing break. The attached kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare quick meals and feel right at home. The highlight of the stay was definitely the terrace — filled with fresh greenery and plants, it offered a heartwarming view, especially during early mornings and evenings. The peaceful ambiance and natural freshness on the terrace made it the perfect spot to unwind. Overall, a calm and refreshing experience. I’d definitely love to come back!

It was an amazing experience visiting Tirupati, and it became even more memorable for me and my family because of the support from Pavan and Girisha. The stay was absolutely perfect with all the listed amenities. Additionally, they prepared and managed our full itinerary plan separately, including the cab and driver. Itinerary & Airport pickup/drop was a separate expense but was totally worth the cost. They were incredibly helpful and supportive. A huge shoutout to Babu as well, the driver provided by them, who picked us up from the airport and took us to every place on our itinerary, always dropping us off at the right spot. He was always on time, had great driving skills, and a wonderful nature. Thanks again! Hope to visit again soon.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Hospitality at a Prime Location. We had a pleasant stay at this homestay in Tirupati. The location is extremely convenient — just 100 meters from the Central Bus Stand and only 2 km from the railway station. Having a Reliance grocery store just 800 meters away was also quite handy. The property owner, Praneeth, is very humble, courteous, and always reachable for any help or support we needed during our stay. Although the property is a bit old and could use some maintenance in parts, Praneeth’s prompt response to any issues more than made up for it. His dedication to guest comfort really stood out. Overall, we had a nice and comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Tirupati.

Our experience of staying here was very good. The host is very nice. The location is also good, it is close to the main road so you can reach there by walking, the market is also in front, you will get all the facilities you need.
