Our colourful quirky cottage is located North in Bulli and easily accessible to both Thirroul and Bulli villages. The house three bedrooms, operational fireplace renovated full kitchen and bathroom with a bath. Whilst being on a large parcel of land that is leased to a food producer (with a dedication to maintaining natural habitat) the house is on a small parcel of land that is easily accessible and street front in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Minutes from beaches, cafes and boutique bars.

Take a short walk or drive to the beautiful nearby beaches. Centrally located, the unit is walking distance from express trains and buses. It is just 1 hour to Sydney or 15 mins to Wollongong. Only basic cooking facilities (toaster, kettle & electric wok). No outdoor area but great nature & picnic spots nearby. Not suitable for smokers, neighbour has an allergy. The main road can be noisy at times.
