Making your own cuvée of Bordeaux wine will be a very special moment : you will experience the tasting of 3 different types of wine from the left bank of Garonne river, the right bank and the Graves. Those 3 groups are the most typical ones from Bordeaux vineyard, of international renown. During the first part of this experience, your hosts, Pierre and Geoffroy, cellar men, but also brothers, will introduce you to the main characteristics of Bordeaux vineyard in a fun and accessible way. In the second part of your journey, they will teach you how to become a real Winemaker! You will make your own wine, by mixing your own blend using different grape varieties. Thanks to this atypical class, you will get to discover emblematic grape varieties of Bordeaux vineyard and even the art of blending your own cuvée. You will get help and explanations at every step of your creation so that you get the chance to take your precious nectar home. If you're motivated, you will even get to label and close your bottle yourself!

Saint-Emilion Wine Tour
Go off to explore the lovely medieval village of Saint-Emilion, listed as World Heritage Site by Unesco, and visit two wineries (a top winery classified Grand Cru Classé and a family-run estate Grand Cru) during a 5 hours guided tour with me, a fun & knowledgeable local guide speaking English. Your tour includes 2 wineries visit (introduction about the history of the estate and technical informations about how to make the wine), 5 wines tasting minimum in total and a French aperitif (cheese, cured meat & bread at the 1° or 2nd winery) OR sweet specialities from Bordeaux macaroons from Saint-Emilion & cannelés depending on the day of the visit. I will drive through the vineyard of Saint-Emilion in my van and we will visit together the famous medieval village dating from the Middle Age. The wine tours are in English & French. I offer 2 wines tours : morning (8.30am-1.15pm) & afternoon (1.30pm-6.30pm) The meeting point is in Bordeaux at : 1 place de stalingrad, in front of LCL Bank (with a beautiful view of the bridge :)) Make sure to have breakfast or lunch before ! I will guide you trough St Emilion, it’s history ,it’s architecture, and before all it’s greatest wines surprising, magnifique but also meet the great people behind. We will start with visit the most exclusive view of St Emilion. Along the day you will visit and follow tutored wine tasting on minimum 2 top properties and taste minimum 8 top wines each tasting last for about 1.30H. You will enjoy some time in the medieval city in order to (dépends of your choises) craft shopping , discover beside me one of the fine wine shop or just visit the monuments . For lunch time options are available ( gourmet Michelin lunch , bistro style restaurant or picnique. Bordeaux wine tasting
We will start by showing you around, not just any place! Enter one of the most emblematic cellars of Bordeaux, steeped in history and founded in 1973. Explore some 2,000 references in the company of your host, who will take the opportunity to give you a presentation of the different appellations of Bordeaux. End the visit by entering our "Petit Paradis" and admire the collection of vintages available to you. Once the visit is over, we will start tasting 2 or 3 wines depending on the formula chosen. You will have the possibility to select yourself the appellations you want to taste. Then let yourself be guided by your senses and the words of your host. Savor this moment and become an expert in Bordeaux wines!
Half day in Saint-Emilion from Bordeaux
8:55 am (or 1:55 pm): meet in front of the Cité du Vin (Wine Museum). Your guide will welcome you and explain the day's programme. 9am (or 2pm): departure. We'll start the tour at a family-run, organic wine estate. You'll visit the vat room and barrel cellar and learn how Saint-Emilion wines are made. The visit will conclude with a tasting of wines from the winery (minimum of 3 wines, mainly reds). We continue with a guided tour of the village of Saint-Emilion. Your guide will introduce you to Saint-Emilion and lead you through its narrow streets, squares and main monuments. It's medieval history at its best in one of France's most beautiful villages! You'll also have the chance to sample the delicious Saint-Emilion macarons and take plenty of photos from breathtaking panoramic viewpoints. Around 12:45 pm (or 5:45 pm) we'll be back on the road, heading back to Bordeaux. 1:30 pm (or 6:30 pm): return to Bordeaux (+/- 15 min.). Afternoon Arcachon bay and Pilat Dune
1:55 p.m.: meet in front of the Cité du Vin (Wine Museum). Your guide will welcome you and explain the day's programme. 2pm: departure. We will start with a stop in Gujan-Mestras, the oyster capital of the Arcachon bay. You will taste oysters, accompanied by a glass of wine (shrimp or pâté optional). During your tasting, your guide will explain how oysters are grown and what are their particularity in the Arcachon Bay. We will then take the direction of the Pilat Dune. We will climb on the dune on foot (staircase) to discover a breathtaking panorama of the Cap Ferret, the mouth of the bay and the sandbank of Arguin. Your guide will give you explanation to this original ecosystem and the history of the place. You will finish by a free time on the Dune before returning to Bordeaux. 7 p.m.: return to Bordeaux. (+/- 15 minutes)

We can sit in a typical French cafe on the terrace, have a coffee or a glass of wine. We'll create memorable photo memories. I take you discover Bordeaux in vintage sidecar! The appointment is in front of the Tourist Office, we equip you (helmets, gloves ...) and go for adventure. 1 hour ride in the streets of Bordeaux. In the heart of a family vineyard near Bordeaux
Welcome to the Vignoble Pestoury, A family member does all visits: Isabelle, Bertrand or Marie If weather permits it, we start the visit outdoors as close as possible to the vineyards to explain the history of the vineyard, its evolution over generations, the terroir, grapes varietals and our culture choices, including our conversion to organic agriculture since 2020. This is a moment of explanation that will be changing and based on the plant life-cycle. The visit continues with a stop at the cellar to understand everything about the winemaking process, whether for whites, rosés, or reds. Eventually it's wine time! Choice of five wines from: Bordeaux dry white, Moelleux, Bordeaux Rosé, different Cotes de Bordeaux Red and sparkling (Subject to the availability of our wines at the time of the visit), grape juice is available for the little ones. It is a tasting that will be commented for each wine with an introduction to the different appellations and characteristics of the Bordeaux vineyard in the first part. PS: Children under 18 accompanied by their legal guardian are welcome, and their visit is free. They will not take part in the wine tasting, only in the grape juice tasting.

Half day in the Médoc from Bordeaux, six wines tasted
9:25 am (or 2:25 pm): meet in front of the Cité du Vin (Wine Museum). Your guide will welcome you and explain the day's programme. 9:30 am (or 2:30 pm): departure. We begin with a visit to the winery to be classified as a Cru Bourgeois. You will discover how the wines are made and how this organic vineyard is run before tasting 3 wines from the estate (Haut-Médoc, Moulis-en-Médoc and Margaux). Then we'll head for the village of Margaux, where you'll visit a second estate classified as a Grand Cru 1855 and growing its vines organically or biodynamically. After a tour of the technical facilities, you will taste 3 wines from this Grand Cru Classé of Margaux. 1:30 pm (or 6:30 pm): return to Bordeaux (+/- 15 min.).
Half-day Bordeaux vineyard off beaten track & wine tasting
2:25pm: Meet in front of the Cité du Vin (Wine Museum). Your guide will welcome you and explain the day's programme. 2:30pm: departure. The half-day tour begins with a visit to a certified organic Pessac-Léognan winery. You'll learn how the wines of this region are made, visit the vat room and barrel cellar, before tasting the estate's wines (red and white, 2 minimum). Then we'll cross the Garonne river to discover another part of the Bordeaux vineyard: Entre-deux-Mers. Nicknamed "Little Tuscany", this is a hilly region that produces a wide variety of wines. You will visit a second wine estate, followed by a tasting of at least 3 wines (different colors). At the end of the day, you'll have discovered a little-visited part of the vineyard and enjoyed wines that are very different from one another. An excellent way to discover the diversity of the Bordeaux vineyard! 6:30pm: return to Bordeaux (+/- 15 min.).

Our journey will start in the inner center of Bordeaux, on the "Allées de Tourny", where we will meet. Then we will head towards Saint Emilion, the famous and scenic village surrounded by vineyards. We will meet the owners of a "grand cru", who will show us their château, vineyards, cellar and will share the history of the family over the past centuries. Guided by the owners and advised by their expertise, you will then start the wine tasting including different vintages. Finally, you will have the opportunity to contemplate several world class chateaux of the Bordeaux region.
