A peaceful place to visit. Open to all. Beautiful gardens to explore and a Gompa/meditation temple to visit. Gift shop open Fri/ Sat/ Sun 9am -1.30pm. Various Buddhist and wellness courses on offer. Check calendar for what’s coming up. Vegetarian lunch can be ordered on weekends by phoning ahead. Chai and cake for sale for drop in visitors when cafe is open. (Similar hours to gift shop). Resident nuns and monks.

Chenrezig Institute is located within walking distance from Jetavana Grove, and it is an idyllic place of worship for Buddhist monks. It is open to visitors, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. You cannot miss visiting here, and perhaps you may even be inclined to join a teaching session on some secular topics designed to balance your mind.
