Just a quick walk from our front door is the beautiful trail that takes you to “lovers leap” and the stairway that will take you right into the Gorge. From Redbrick Retreat, you will want to turn right out the front door (towards the arena and David St) and then cross the David St Bridge (be sure to take in the views) and the mouth of the trail is immediately past the bridge on the right hand side of the street.

If you want a free way to explore the gorge, then Victoria Park is for you. Just a short walk from the downtown, Victoria Park is at the intersection of the Grand River and Irvine Creek. In the park, you can walk along the scenic trails that follow the cliff side. In the summer, you can walk down a set of stairs and into the gorge.
