This restaurant is owned by my husband's uncle, I really am not biased, his food is fantastic and great value. He is a 'Maitre Restaurateur' which means all his food is cooked from fresh, and with local products. He previously owned a gastronomic restaurant in Vichy before moving to Saumur some 10 years ago.
