Every weekend there is a farmer's market here. The flower gardens are very well maintained & lovely.Delightful place to sit on a bench and read, relax and watch the people of the W. Village.

Open Saturdays year-round from 8am to 2pm, the Abingdon Square Greenmarket brings fresh local produce to Greenwich Village. It's such a charming little farmers' market you don't want to miss!

Small park in West Village. Worth a visit. Nice flower garden, good place to sit down and relax, watch people, read a book.

Neighborhood bodega that seems to have anything you might want or need. The cat's name is Lucky! They are also open 24 hours. They will make fantastic breakfast or lunch type sandwiches.

Market with fresh local produce, I believe you have to buy tokens to purchase. On weekends until 1pm.
