Great sushi restaurant in town. Chef Shige has been in the Sushi biz for nearly 40 years! Must try. Will not be disappoint!

The best sushi in town. Shige trained with Jiro in Tokyo. Reservations strongly recommended. If you can plan ahead, his multi-course omakase dinner is worth every penny. 10 minute walk from the Flat

My secret favorite. Chef Shige gets in 'surprise' imported fish. The quality of the fish here is excellent. Try the chef's selection....it always has something special and different.
