Yum cha daily and menu after 5pm. Lots to choose from. Air conditioned and a beautiful view of the Broadwater from the large windows

If you like Yum Cha. This is the closest. It's in the Australia Fair shopping centre so you can park for free downstairs. Keep your docket if you are longer that 3 hrs to show at the gate.
