Open for business on August 9th, 2018 George + Violet's brings contemporary touches to a classic American Steakhouse menu. Sourcing Oregon grass-fed beef and local, organic produce the food is straightforward while remaining technically sound. The menu transitions with the seasons, incorporating only what is current and available. All proteins are butchered in house, beef is dry-aged on location, and the entire menu is prepared from scratch. Best steak in the Eugene area! Every single thing on the menu is delicious. Butters, sauces & marrows are amazing. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable. Tasty cocktails.
