Poppy's III restaurant, 6 mins away in Brackenbury Road (next to our tailors), follows the success of its much smaller and wonderfully cosy Poppy's II in adjacent Glenthorne Road. Very authentic. Bring your own bottle, enjoy the richly embellished interiors and pay cash.

It’s a quirky Thai restaurant literally across the street. It has a lot of taxidermy, so beware in case you are not into that! It is BYOB and accepts cash only. Food is great.

Local Chines restaurant, cash only and you can bring your own bottle. Make sure you book, fab as well for take away food.

This neighbourhood Thai spot is perfect for yummy, cheap eats in an outrageously decorated setting. Where else can you have Pad See Ew noodles next to a zebra, or Massaman curry in the shadow of a giraffe? BYOB with small corkage fee. While tables are usually available, calling ahead is recommended.
