Local/Traditional food...Fritanga is like the Nicaraguan barbecue. Your choice of grilled meat, served with gallo pinto (rice & beans), tajadas (plantain), and ensalada de repollo (cabbage salad). Plus, all the traditional frescos (drinks) to choose from, cacao, cebada, pitalla, etc. You truly can't go wrong...
