If you want to take your Elora Gorge adventures to new heights, then you'll want to check out One Axe Pursuits. For those looking for a personal challenge, they have beginner level programs such as rock climbing, rappelling, zipline, ice climbing and caving. They also offer intermediate programs such as top rope anchors, rappel and ascend, as well as trad and aid climbing. Open every weekend in July & August.
