This is our coffee & breakfast stop. Pangaea features fresh ingredients from local VT farmers, including chicken from our family's farm in Shaftsbury, Studio Hill Farm.

There's a cafe section that's open seven day a week, and a more upscale restaurant that's open on the weekends. Drinks & supper. (Favorites: Tofu bahn mi; bone-in braised short rib)

The less fancy lounge area is fun to visit for some nachos, or fish tacos. They also have outdoor seating in back which is lovely.
