Amazing Italian food with great service! We only found out about this restaurant recently, although it's pretty 'famous' in the neighborhood for quite a while! Don't know how we could have missed that!

Near the Leidseplein opposite the Heineken Experience is a small piece of Italy called La Storia della Vita. With the high ceilings, the classic decor and the many mirrors, it reminds you of a pallazzo in Tuscany. To enhance the atmosphere and thus also the taste sensation, someone is playing the piano in the background.

This is our favorite family Italian restaurant. We take our kids there because the atmosphere is friendly and the food real Italian. The anti-pasta and spaghetti Bolo (for kids) are amazing as also the truffle pasta. Little trip to Italy ;)

Omdat ze daar echt heerlijk Italiaans eten serveren. Lekkere verse broodjes gewoon bij de Lidl in de buurt.
