Il Castello Svevo non e' tutto accessibile ...ma quelle stanze che riuscirete a vedere vi lascieranno senza fiato. Not all the areas of this marvelous Castle are accessible ...but those you manage to see may positively shock you.

The castle is an amazing example of medieval italian architecture. It is mainly composed of the Aragon walls and the main Swabian tower, and is currently used for exhibitions.

It is a nice 1000 years old Svevian Castle built by Frederick II Holy Roman Emperor. It's very easy and cheap to visit it. And it is in the plain city centre. Must Visit.

The Norman-Hohenstaufen Castle, widely known as the Castello Svevo (Swabian Castle), was built by Roger II of Sicily around 1131. Destroyed in 1156, it was rebuilt by Frederick II of Hohenstaufen. The castle now serves as a gallery for a variety of temporary exhibitions in the city.
