Tips from locals
One of my favorite things to do in the summer is to go to Nauset Light Beach just after sunset and watch the seals swim and play. On a warm night with a bright moon you can stay there for hours and watch the bonfires illuminate pockets of the beach.
Nauset Light, officially Nauset Beach Light, is a restored lighthouse on the Cape Cod National Seashore. It was erected in 1923 using the 1877 tower that was moved here from the Chatham Light. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
