This is a little bit of a drive for breakfast but the best chili around since I'm located in Newport Beach pier so you're right on the ocean can eat outside - on Sunday there is street vendors and a lot of ambience-one of my favorites

A fun spot right at the base of the Newport Pier. You can sit outside and people watch or sit inside if you prefer. Good food. I LOVE their pancakes!!

Great spot to walk/ride bikes to for breakfast. Many outdoor tables to eat from at the base of the Newport Pier. Great people watching and good food.
