An excellent local choice for lunch and dinner! The service is excellent, the food is great (extensive menu, fair price, large portions, and always delicious), and awesome for families and large groups. Very clean and has a relaxed atmosphere. We've visited Pho Hoa many times and were always satisfied with the exprience. There's a lot of good menu options but we always recommend the Rice Plate option of grilled lemon grass pork chop with fried egg; fantastic bang for your buck!
