On the slopes of Etna, between expanses of skiing and tidy terraces, Palmento Costanzo brings old suggestions to new life. The vineyards extend from 600 to 800 meters of altitude. Perfumes, colors and labors tell the closeness of Europe's most active volcano. All the wines produced are an expression of the Etna Denomination of Controlled Origin and certified organic. From the respect of the cycles, of the cultivation traditions typical of the area of Etna, coupled with reasoned innovative techniques and the manual skills of men, were born wines inheriting a long tradition. Sur les pentes de l'Etna, entre étendues de ski et terrasses bien rangées, Palmento Costanzo donne vie à de vieilles suggestions. Les vignobles s'étendent de 600 à 800 mètres d'altitude. Parfums, couleurs et travaux témoignent de la proximité du volcan le plus actif d'Europe.Tous les vins produits sont l'expression de la dénomination d'origine contrôlée Etna et sont certifiés biologiques. Du respect des cycles, des traditions de culture typiques de la région de l’Etna, associées à des techniques novatrices raisonnées et au savoir-faire manuel des hommes, sont nés des vins hérités d’une longue tradition.
