A stunning, historic park. Great for walks with children (featuring two play parks!) and picnics.

Beautiful park with the iconic Williamson Memorial as it's focal point. Green grassy areas mixed with quiet woodland and great views over Morecambe Bay toward the Lake District fells. Butterfly house within the park. Parkrun (free 5k run) every Saturday.

Lose yourself for an hour or so, meandering through the beautiful park. See the Ashton Memorial, explore the butterfly house and enjoy refreshments in the cafe. It's a short, uphill walk of about 10 minutes to the park entrance on Wyresdale road.
