In the heart of Norwich, England, Elm Hill is a charming historic cobbled lane and the most complete medieval street in the city. Today, most of what you see along Elm Hill was built during the 16th century after a fire destroyed many of the original medieval buildings. Nonetheless, the street has echoes of the city’s flourishing medieval past and boasts many beautiful Tudor buildings that include homes, shops and small cafes for visitors to enjoy.

You have to visit Elm Hill - it's the picture-postcard perfect medieval street, and if you start from Princes Street it will lead you down to Tombland and the Cathedral.
